You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. If something is not right — fit, finish, vibe — reach out before the window closes.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging. Every Nice Feet order ships new from inventory; returns should come back the same way.

Email us through the contact page with your order number and what you would like to return or exchange. We will send return instructions and a shipping address.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error.

Need a different style or finish? Contact us before sending anything back. We will help you swap for another in-stock piece when possible. Exchanges depend on availability.

Items marked final sale at checkout cannot be returned or exchanged. If you are unsure before ordering, ask us — sizing and fit questions are fair game.
