Terms of Service

These terms cover purchases from Nice Feet LLC ("Nice Feet," "we," "us") at gotnicefeet.com. By placing an order, you agree to them.

The shop

Nice Feet LLC sells toe rings, anklets, and related jewelry. Our business address is 32 South Rainforest Ct, Spring, TX 77380. Questions: Jessi_Johns@outlook.com or the contact page.

Orders and prices

Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change until you place the order. We may refuse or cancel an order if a price, description, or inventory count was posted in error, or if we cannot complete the shipment. If we cancel, we refund what you paid.

A 10% welcome code, when offered, is one use per customer and cannot be combined with other discount codes. Buying 3 or more toe rings applies the automatic 3-for-$30 price on those rings.

Shipping

Orders usually process in 1–2 business days. Free U.S. shipping starts at $35 before tax. Delivery dates are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier receives the package. Full details are on the shipping page.

Returns

Unworn items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. See the returns page for the steps. Worn, damaged, or final-sale items are not returnable.

Jewelry and materials

Stainless steel and 18k gold PVD pieces are made for normal wear, including water, if you rinse them after salt, chlorine, or sunscreen and pat them dry. Brass, copper, and sterling silver pieces are not waterproof. Keep those dry and take them off before swimming, showering, and workouts. Jewelry is not a medical device. Stop wearing a piece if your skin reacts.

Your account and messages

If you join the email list, we send product news and the offers you asked for. You can unsubscribe in any message. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate.

Site use

The photos, words, and design on this site belong to Nice Feet LLC. You may shop and share links. You may not copy the catalog or use the site to break the law.

Liability

The site and products are provided as available. To the fullest extent allowed by Texas law, Nice Feet LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for an order is the amount you paid for that order. Some states do not allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a provision cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
